3 awarded ORTT

Three persons have been awarded the Order of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, the country’s highest honour.

They are: former NGC President Mark Loquan, UWI engineer Professor Patrick Hosein, and veteran attorney Russell Martineau, SC.

Also awarded were: 11 Chaconia Medals (Gold), seven Chaconia Medals (Silver), 18 Hummingbird Medals (Gold), 15 Hummingbird Medals (Silver), eight Medals of Merit (Gold), one Medal of Merit (Silver), one Medal for Development of Women (Gold) and one Medal for Development of Women (Bronze).
