A height restriction has been placed on the reopened bridge at Perseverance Road in Chaguanas.
The Works Ministry said on Monday that the bridge, which was reopened last Friday after repairs, has ancillary works to be done.
However, the installation of an 8-foot height restriction, as highlighted by Councillor Adrian Ali on Facebook, has left some people with more questions about the quality of the repairs to the bridge.
A video is also circulating online showing a big green-band maxi taxi being unable to pass and having to turn around.
Persons are also question whether the height restriction, coupled with humps previously installed at the bridge, will cause more traffic congestion.
