Team Speedway has returned to T&T after more than a week of testing, tuning and racing in Panama.

The team included young Zachary Boodram, who was crowned Champion at the GT Challenge of the Americas at the Autodromo Panama.

T&T Automobile Sports Association President Ashton Eligon, Honorary Treasurer Jody Ali and Competition Chairman Rae Smith were present at the Piarco International Airport to welcome and congratulate Mr Boodram and his team on their achievement.

A special token was also presented on behalf of the Association to commend him on his victory in Panama.

According to Team Speedway, Zachary Boodram’s next venture will be in the Dominican Republic in September for the GT Challenge de las Américas championship.

TTASA is the Governing Body for Motor Racing and the FIA ASN (National Sporting Body) for Motorsport in T&T.
