Women’s CPL defending champions Barbados Royals have retained seven players from their 2023 title winning squad.
The Royals have kept West Indians Hayley Matthews, Chinelle Henry, Afy Fletcher, Qiana Joseph and Aaliyah Alleyne, as well as Australians Amanda-Jade Wellington and Laura Harris.
They’ve signed two players – Sri Lankan opener Chamari Athapaththu and Australian wicket-keeper Georgia Redmayne.
The Royals have six spots to fill in the WCPL draft later this month, ahead of the tournament from August 21st to 29th, 2024 in Trinidad.
