T&T’s Karishma Ramharack is among the players retained by the Guyana Amazon Warriors for WCPL 2024.

Guyana also retained Stefanie Taylor, Shemaine Campbelle, Natasha McLean, Shabnim Ismail and Shakera Selman from the squad that finished runners-up in 2023.

The Amazon Warriors have also signed Australian batter Erin Burns, South African all-rounder Chloe Tryon and England wicket-keeper/batter Lauren Winfield-Hill.

Guyana have seven more spots in the squad left to fill – six will be filled at the WCPL draft later this month and the final spot will be the last overseas player which will be confirmed before the start of the tournament from August 21st to 29th.

Over the weekend, it was revealed that Trinbago Knight Riders signed India internationals Jemimah Rodrigues and Shikha Pandey, along with Australians Meg Lanning and Jess Jonassen.

They have retained Deandra Dottin, Shamila Connell, Kycia Knight, Zaida James and Samara Ramnath.

TKR have six more spots in the squad to fill at the draft.
