The Employers’ Consultative Association believes it is time for dialogue on the impact of Artificial Intelligence on the workplace.

In a media release, it notes that AI and the integration of digital technologies in the world of work will lead to job displacements but will also provide job creation and new opportunities.

The Association believes now, more than ever, there is a need for solutions grounded in dialogue and focused on resiliency, adaptability and sustainability.

It believes that through collective action, a bright and prosperous future can be attained.
