Trinidad will host eight warm-up matches for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, including a clash between the West Indies and Australia.
That game is scheduled for May 30th at the Queen’s Park Oval and is open to fans.
A total of 16 warm-up matches are scheduled, with the other eight taking place at various venues in the United States.
The ICC says the fixtures will be 20 overs per side and will not have international T20 status, allowing teams to field all members of their 15-player squad.
Also, in a departure from the previous cycle, it says teams can now choose to play up to two warm-up matches, depending on their arrival time at the event.
