Tilo Kruse has reached Icacos.

In a video shared to his Instagram stories this afternoon, Mr Kruse said he was in the process of editing the video of his arrival in the area.

A short while before, he uploaded his walk from the previous day, Day 13.

He started his walk in Toco on May 1st and arrived at his destination yesterday.

He made the journey without any money – instead, he depended on the kindness of strangers, as he says he want to showcase T&T’s hospitality.

Early into his walk, he was attacked by two men who attempted to rob him, however he continued press forward.

Since then, several religious bodies, NGOs, the Hunters Search and Rescue Team and many citizens lent a hand, providing food, water, accommodation, guidance and even company during his trek.
