A motorist has appeared in court over the 2022 hit and run that claimed the life of photographer Anthony Harris.

Naeem Bisnath has been granted $300,000 bail after being charged with causing death by dangerous driving.

Bisnath was arrested in connection with the July 9th, 2022 accident around the Queen’s Park Savannah in which Harris, who was cycling at the time, was killed.

Police say comprehensive investigations were conducted and advice on charges was then received from the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
