Kamla Persad-Bissessar is set to be sworn-in as Prime Minister tomorrow, May 1st 2025.

The event is set for 4PM at President’s House.

This will be her second tenure as Prime Minister, having previously served from 2010 -2015.

Tomorrow’s swearing-in follows a comprehensive victory by the UNC and Coalition of Interests in the General Elections.

Preliminary results from the EBC show 26 seats for the UNC, 13 for the PNM and two for the TPP.
