T&T’s Nicholas Pooran is going to be a superstar according to his Yorkshire teammate Tom Kohler-Cadmore.
After Pooran’s 67 off 28 balls in their Vitality Blast T20 against Leicestershire, Kohler-Cadmore said the left-hander is one of the most talented cricketers he’s ever played with.
In that game, the two put on a partnership of 121 in only 8.1 overs for the second wicket.
Unfortunately for the county club, the wicketkeeper-batsman is only with them for 5 matches before returning to international duties.
Kohler-Cadmore says, “If we had him for a full season, the crowds would come in just to watch him. That’s how good he is.”
Pooran will play his penultimate game of the tournament today (July 25th) at 2pm against Lancashire.
