Nkrumah Bonner scored an unbeaten 113 as the West Indies drew the 1st Test against Sri Lanka at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua.
Chasing 375 in their second innings for the victory, the Windies lost opener John Campbell with the score on 12.
Captain Kraigg Brathwaite provided some patient support however as Bonner kicked off what would become his maiden Test ton.
Kyle Mayers stepped in after Brathwaite fell, and together, he and Bonner shared in a resistant 105 run partnership.
The stand was broken when Mayers was caught in the slips for 52 just after the tea break, and the West Indies went on to end on 236/4, thus salvaging a draw.
The 2nd and final Test begins on March 29th, and will also be played in Antigua.
