The addition of a Trinbagonian railcar at Guyana’s International Drag Race meet has organizers excited.
Guyana Motor Racing and Sports Club President Rameez Mohamed says the confirmation represents a huge step for motorsport locally.
The Guyana Chronicle reports that Sheldon Bissessar in his railcar, along with the Nissan Skyline of Jagdeo Seecharran and two drag bikes are also expected for the event on August 25th.
Andy Bissessar, who drives the railcar, says it has about 850 HP and has a best time of 7.2 at 118mph.
