Trinbago Knight Riders are languishing at the bottom of the CPL table after succumbing to an 8-wicket defeat at the hands of Barbados Royals.
Batting first at the Queen’s Park Oval, TKR were bowled out for 132.
Nicholas Pooran top scored with 52 after opening the batting, while Sunil Narine made 30 in the middle of the order.
In reply, Barbados took only 16 overs to get to 136/2.
Leading the way was Player of the Match, Kyle Mayers, with an impressive knock of 79 from 36 deliveries.
Royals now top the table with 12 points from six matches, while TKR have three points from five games.
