Jamaica Tallawahs picked up a valuable win today via the Duckworth/Lewis method after rain impacted their CPL match against Barbados Royals.

Batting first at the Queen’s Park Oval, the Royals were led to 146/6, thanks to a pristine knock of 74 from Quinton de Kock.

Imad Wasim grabbed 3/14 in 3 overs.

The Tallawahs’ reply began with a solid 46 from Brandon King, however with the score on 126/5 after 17 overs, the rains came and refused to abate.

The Jamaican franchise was eventually awarded the win and the points, thanks to a 6-run win via the D/L method.
