Sri Lanka/India T20I postponed after COVID-19 case

The second T20I between Sri Lanka and India has been postponed by a day after Krunal Pandya tested positive for COVID-19.

In a statement, BCCI says the medial teams have identified eight other members as close contacts of the India all-rounder.

The entire contingent is undergoing PCR tests today to ascertain any further outbreak in the squad.

The second T20I will now be played tomorrow followed by the third T20I on July 29th.

India currently lead the three-match series 1-0 after a 38-run win in the opening match on Sunday.
