T&T is bidding for a “couple games” of England’s tour of the West Indies, according to the Prime Minister.
England are expected to visit the region between January 28th and March 28th, 2022.
There are expected to be five T20Is and three Tests.
Speaking at today’s media conference, PM Dr Keith Rowley explained that the bid for the cricket matches is an example of what is ahead for the country as the battle against COVID-19 continues.
His response came in response to questions about the Attorney General’s reported statement about the next Carnival being the “mother of all Carnivals.”
Dr Rowley asked that persons take things in “bit sized chunks.”
