More medals for T&T at PanAm

Trinidad and Tobago’s 4x100m men ran a season best relay to win silver in the finals of their event at the PanAm Games.

Their time of 38.46 was enough to beat the United States but couldn’t take them past Brazil quartet.

Elsewhere, the 4x100m women placed 4th, narrowly missing the podium despite a season best of 43.57.

Then in the men’s 200m, Jereem Richards won silver.

He ran 20.38 seconds to finish just behind Alex Martinez of Ecuador and Yancarlos Martinez of Dominican Republic.

T&T has won 10 medals now at the Games in Lima, Peru.
