A remarkable bowling effort by the St Lucia Zouks has seen the lowest score ever defended in CPL history.

Zouks were looking like they were in trouble when they were bowled out for 92 in 18 overs against Barbados Tridents.

Hayden Walsh led the bowling attack with 3/19.

The Tridents has a steady start to their chase – they were 32/0 after 5.1 overs.

However, wickets fell at regular intervals starting with the removal of Shai Hope.

Eventually it would come down to nine runs needed from the final over bowled by Roston Chase.

The off-spinner would take the wicket of Ashley Nurse and concede just five runs, completing a 3-run win.

Zouks’ Javelle Glen was named Man of the Match for his two wickets, which included his first T20 wicket.
