LA Lakers shooting guard, Avery Bradley Jr, is hosting a week long basketball camp in Port of Spain and Chaguanas until this Friday, July 26th.
Bradley, who has also played for Boston Celtics, Detroit Pistons and Memphis Grizzlies, is the founder of the Avery Bradley Skills Academy.
The US-based non-profit organization uses basketball to teach young people about hard work.
Tomorrow and Friday, he will coach children from “under-served communities” at the St. Paul Street Indoor Complex, East Drive River and the Chaguanas Indoor Sporting Facility, respectively.
The 80 children chosen for these camps were selected by US Embassy partners in the communities.
