ICC and members to discuss cricket’s future

The world’s cricketing boards and the ICC will meet this week to discuss the impact the COVID-19 pandemic is having on the game, and how they intend to move forward.

Among the items on schedule for this year is the ICC World T20 Tournament, as well as other bilateral clashes.

The impact of the games being cancelled will have a big financial impact on many member boards, including India which has had to suspend the IPL indefinitely.

The meeting, via video conference, will see the members share knowledge and build a deep understanding of what it will take to resume international cricket.
