Hayley Matthews will lead the West Indies women in three ODIs against New Zealand in Antigua later this month.
The newly appointed skipper is in charge of a squad which sees the return of the experienced Natasha McLean.
The squad, however, is without the services of Anisa Mohammed who recently announced a six-month leave from international cricket.
