Former England captain and fast bowler, Bob Willis, has died at the age of 70.
His family said he had passed away “after a long illness”.
Willis grabbed 325 wickets in 90 Tests and was key in England’s famous Headingley win over Australia in the 1981 Ashes.
He took his career-best 8/43 in that match.
Willis was skipper in 18 Tests and 29 ODIs before retiring from all forms of cricket in 1984.
