The veteran then whipped Unadkat’s well directed leg-stump yorker past short fine leg for the winning runs with three wickets in hand.
Earlier Mumbai made 155/7 in 20 overs, as Tilak Varma’s 51 from 43 balls led a revival from 23/3.
Bravo took two wickets while Kieron Pollard made 14 from nine balls.
Today’s result leaves bottom of the table Mumbai with seven losses in as many matches, while Chennai have picked up their second win in seven games but remain second-to-last.
