Chennai, Ahmedabad and Pune will share the matches when England tours India in February and March 2021.
The itinerary was unveiled by the Board of Control for Cricket in India today and notes that the tour was restricted to three venues due the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
This tour begins on February 5th 2021, after England completes their visit to Sri Lanka for their rescheduled series.
Firstly, there are two Tests in Chennai before the teams move to the newly refurbished Sardar Patel Motera Stadium in Ahmedabad for the next two – the third of the four Tests will be a Day/Night fixture.
The five-match T20 series will also be played in Ahmedabad and the tour will conclude with three ODIs in Pune.
