West Indies fast bowler Alzarri Joseph has been signed by English county club Worcestershire for the opening phase of their 2021 season.
According to the club’s website, thee 24-year-old will fly in from Antigua on April 4th 2021 and is available for seven County Championship games.
Joseph has played 14 Tests for West Indies in which he has taken 34 wickets and has played 34 ODIs in which he’s grabbed 54 wickets.
Worcestershire Cricket Steering Group Chairman, Paul Pridgeon, calls the fast bowler “a quality performer.”
Joseph, thrilled to be joining the club, says he’s excited to work with bowling coach Alan Richardson.
