On Tuesday, June 15th, parts of Port of Spain, Barataria and environs will see a disruption in their water supply.
This is expected to last from 7am to 6pm.
WASA says it is necessary in order to carry out planned maintenance works at the El Socorro Water Treatment Plant.
Areas to be affected include: Laventille, Port of Spain, Dibe, Cascade, Woodbrook, St. James, Cocorite, Belmont, East Dry River, St. Anns, Westmoorings, Morvant, Barataria, Beetham, Aranguez and El Socorro.
WASA says it may take up to 24 hoursfor the scheduled pipe borne water supply to normalize to some affected areas following the completion of works.
It adds that a limited truck-borne water service will be available upon request.
