US Embassy confirms Pfizer vaccine donation


    The US Embassy in Trinidad and Tobago has confirmed the donation of 80 vials of Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.

    In a post to its Facebook page, it also stated that it was committed to assisting the Government of T&T with its vaccination efforts.

    The vaccine donation was first confirmed this morning by the National Security Ministry.

    It subsequently issued an updated release in which it stated that the “small donation” will be “for use by national security”.
