Two projects to tackle coastal erosion start in Tobago

Two new projects have started at Fort Granby and Lambeau to address coastal erosion.

Engineers of the new Coastal Zone Management Unit are supervising construction of a rock revetment along a section of the coastline in both areas.

For the duration of the project, public access to the Fort Granby car park, play-park and the surrounding section of the beach will be restricted.

Also, motorists using Old Milford Road in Lambeau are advised to do so with caution.
