Approximately 13 areas in Tobago are without power according to T&TEC.
The commission says these are mostly in the north and east of the island – it reminds that crews are responding as quickly as possible as they will be delayed by heavy rains and flood.
T&TEC also plans to bring in more crews and trucks from Trinidad once the sea bridge is opened, to supplement its 32 Tobago vehicles.
In Trinidad, it says things are relatively quiet.
It is, however, dealing with two areas in the north and east, as well as some individual reports.
