T&TEC implements measures to reduce numbers at service centres


    Effective immediately, T&TEC is enforcing several measures to reduce the number of persons at its service centres.

    According to public service announcement from the company, persons are encouraged to use the website, ttec.co.tt to pay bills and make requests.

    Persons who are unable to conduct business online can visit service centres for bill payment and reconnection only, Monday to Friday from 8am to 3pm.

    A drop-box will also be in place at these facilities for all other transactions.

    T&TEC is reminding persons to sign up for the e-billing service for bill balances or call 625-8832.
