Tropical Storm Watches have been issued for several Caribbean islands, as Tropical Depression 13 continues to strengthen in the Atlantic.
According to the National Hurricane Centre, TD 13 is expected to become a tropical storm later today.
Maximum sustained winds are currently near 55 km/h.
Tropical Storm Watches have been issued for:
* Saba and St. Eustatius
* St. Maarten
* Antigua, Barbuda, St. Kitts, Nevis, and Anguilla
On its forecast track, this system poses no threat to Trinidad and Tobago.
