Teen arrested over house breaking after fingerprint analysis


    A 16-year-old boy, detained following fingerprint analysis, is among ten persons arrested in the North Division this morning.

    Police seized a pair of Japanese swords called katanas, three guns, 43 rounds of ammunition and 989 grams of marijuana.

    Two of the arrested persons were held on inquiries related to house breaking and larceny, including the teenager.

    The other arrests are for inquiries into shootings and offences including possession of firearms, ammunition and an offensive weapon.
