Central Division Police have begun compiling the relevant information and requesting summonses for those held at the “Zesser Party” on Sunday morning.
Over 250 people were detained in Kelly Village, Caroni for breaching the Public Health Ordinance Regulations, however they were not kept in custody due to health concerns.
Instead, they will face charges via summonses, which are expected to be sent out by the end of the week.
Head of the Central Division, Senior Superintendent Curt Simon, says the accused will be called upon them to attend court virtually on the date stipulated on the summons.
He warned that arrest warrants will be issued for those who do not attend court.
