Swift action by police led to the recovery of a stolen goat in South Trinidad yesterday.
On Tuesday, a woman reported that her ram goat valued at 12 hundred dollars was missing.
Police conducted enquiries which led to a 22 year old man of Preau Village, St. Marys being charged one day later.
He was among 16 persons arrested in South Trinidad in the last three days for various offences.
A 21 year old Claxton Bay man was charged with Attempted Murder after allegedly beating his 17 year old girlfriend.
On February 26th, the woman was injured on both arms, hands and head, following an argument at the man’s home.
