S.M. Jaleel says it has accepted the resignation of its Vice President of Information Technology, Adil Mohammed, on August 11th.
This, after he was charged in the United States.
In a statement, the company says on hearing the charge, it engaged him in dialogue.
This subsequently led to him submitting his resignation.
It was also clarified that Mohammed is not a shareholder or a director of the Company.
