The cause of death of two-year-old Kymani Francis has reportedly been revealed.
According to reports by both the Trinidad Guardian and Express, an autopsy this morning found that the child died by drowning.
However, an approximate time of death was not given.
The Guardian’s report states that the body bore no marks of violence.
The toddler’s body was found in the Guapo River on Tuesday, a day after he went missing from his Point Fortin home.
