The Prime Minister has met with US Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry on a number of initiatives.
Accompanying Dr Keith Rowley at the virtual meeting were Energy Minister Stuart Young and Foreign Affairs Minister Dr Amery Browne.
The meeting focused on some programmes being pursued by T&T in methane and carbon reduction, as well as newer and more efficient technologies in electricity production.
According to the Office of the Prime Minister, other matters related to energy security and regional energy developments were also discussed.
