Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley insists that the issue of mandatory vaccination has not been discussed at the Cabinet level.

Instead, he says this exercise remains voluntary.

Today, Dr Rowley recounted his response during a recent interview with Dr Bhoe Tewarie, in which he was asked about calls for mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations.

He has however urged persons to ignore misinformation, which he pointed out was recently highlighted as a public health emergency by the US Surgeon General.

Dr Rowley also took aim at social media trolls, who he says he has noticed commenting on various livestreams.

Meanwhile, when asked, the Prime Minister was unable to say whether or not his entire cabinet had been fully or partially vaccinated.
