A 49 year old Piparo labourer has been arrested for gun and drug possession.
During an anti-crime exercise yesterday morning, officers executed a search warrant a house along Stone Road.
They subsequently found a Colt revolver, 35 grams of marijuana and 35 grams of cocaine.
The suspect who was in the house at the time of the exercise, was detained and investigations are continuing.
