Patriotic Energies Limited claims it has met the October 30th deadline to deal with issues related to their bid to buy the Pointe-a-Pierre refinery and port.
In a media release sent this morning, the OWTU-owned company says on September 28th 2020, the Prime Minister gave them until the end of this month to agree on a way towards the closure of the acquisition process.
Patriotic notes, that at a meeting with the ministerial committee on October 21st, it agreed to submit a proposal to the team.
