An official funeral will be held tomorrow for the late Franklin Khan.
Confirmation of this comes via a release from the National Security Ministry.
Mr Khan, who was Energy Minister, passed away on April 17th.
The Ministry did not reveal details, however according to a Newsday report, the service will be held at 10am at the Aramalaya Presbyterian Church in Tunapuna, after which his body will receive a military escort to Radix Cemetery in Mayaro for burial.
The report also stated that it will be a family-only affair, with tributes from ministers to be streamed.
The Ministry meanwhile says the National Flag will be flown at half-mast tomorrow at all state and non-state agencies and T&T diplomatic missions abroad.
This, it says, is in keeping with the Code of Flag Etiquette which stipulates that the National Flag should be flown at half-mast on the day of the funeral for Cabinet members.
