NIB addresses delay in pension payments


    The National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago says it has addressed problems in the payment of some pensions.

    It says some persons may have experienced a delay in the credit of their monthly retirement pension payments to their accounts at specific financial institutions.

    It adds however that as of noon today, the matter had been fully resolved, with pensioners now able to access their funds from their respective accounts.
