Next Friday and Saturday, National Care Fairs will be held at six locations across Trinidad and Tobago.
This was announced by Health Minister Terrence Deyalsingh at today’s Health Ministry media briefing.
He says while COVID-19 vaccinations will be offered on site, the Fair itself will allow persons to get screened for various conditions such as diabetes and cancer.
The fair is open to all regardless of vaccination status.
Mr Deyalsingh has urged participation, saying there are persons who only found out about underlying conditions when they contracted COVID-19.
