The MSJ executive has rejected the resignation offer of David Abdulah and is calling on him to stay on as political leader.

Mr Abdulah’s offer on August 13th 2020 came after the party failed to win a seat in the recently concluded General Election.

However, MSJ Chairman Gregory Fernandez says the executive has full confidence in the leader as he brings extensive knowledge and invaluable historical experience.

He also believes that Mr Abdulah remains a highly respected person who stands for social justice and progressive ideas.
