Tenders started going out yesterday for the rebuilding and upgrade of the Manzanilla Road, according to Works Minister Rohan Sinanan.
During his address at the commissioning of Phase 1 of the Valencia to Toco Highway, the Minister segued into speaking about the roadway which was destroyed by floods in November last year.
