Met Office: Weather conditions to continue intermittently


    The Met Office has updated its Yellow Level Adverse Weather Alert to say that the ongoing Tropical Wave will produce rainy conditions intermittently today into tomorrow.

    In alert #2, it reminds that it forecasts varying intensities for rain as well as isolated thunderstorms mainly across Trinidad and, to a lesser extent, Tobago.

    It also notes that gusty winds in excess of 55km/h may be experienced and that some localized flooding is likely.

    The advisory, updated at 9:25am, is still set to run until 12pm on Saturday 5th June 2021.
