A 19-year-old grocery packer has been ordered to stay away from a 14-year-old girl, after appearing in court charged with one count of sexual penetration of a child.
Renaldo Miller was granted $45,000 bail by Scarborough Magistrate Jo-Anne Connor yesterday and ordered to have no contact with the girl.
He must also report to the Scarborough Police Station twice weekly and will reappear on May 18th.
Miller is accused of having sexual intercourse with the girl at her home in January this year.
