A 31-year-old Rousillac man was ordered to stay away from Palo Seco and a 13-year-old girl after appearing in court charged with seven counts of sexual penetration of a child.
Nicholas Chinsue appeared before Siparia Magistrate Andrew Stroude and the order was part of the conditions of his bail which was set at $300,000.
He will reappear before the court on June 7th.
The charges stem from a missing person investigation involving the girl in February 2020.
