A suspect is due in court on sexual charges against a 13-year-old and a six-year old girl.
Police say the 33-year-old man was arrested by officers of the Child Protection Unit on December 3rd following a report made by the teen.
She says that, while at her cousin’s home, the young child woke her up, asking about a man standing in the doorway.
The teen did not recognize the man, who then covered her face with a towel and allegedly sexually assaulted her in the presence of the six-year-old.
The 33-year-old faces charges of sexual penetration of a minor and engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child.
